Hispanic Heritage Month happens every year starting September 15th, the anniversary for independence for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua, and ends on October 30th. During this 30 day period, Mexico and Chile celebrate their independence as well. More information about Hispanic Heritage Month can be found here. A great way to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month is by reading books by Hispanic/Latinx authors and characters. These books are great reads all year around, and features everything from fantasy novels, to romances, and everything else in between.
